Xi Jinping should declare "Xi Doctrine" in which he clarifies China's magnanimous and superior posture against obsolete and declining Anglo-American imperial posture.

Xi can declare that, through such efforts as One Belt and One Road, China will try to alleviate poverty in Asia and Africa and make these areas prosperous. Unlike European nations and the U.S. that have been using Asia and Africa only as sources of raw materials and markets to sell goods, China will work together with Asia and Africa to prosper together. China has already succeeded domestically in getting as many as 800 million people out of poverty and will apply the methods to Asia and Africa to alleviate poverty, based upon sophisticated planning and the vitality of market economy. China's economic and financial support and infrastructure construction in Asia and Africa are creating and will continue to create new middle classes and new markets there.

Xi can declare that what China is doing in Asia and Africa is creating "new" middle classes and "new" markets, which therefore will never harm the existing interests of EU and the U.S. and rather benefit EU and the U.S. as well. EU and the U.S. can do businesses with these new middle classes and new markets. China will never interfere such efforts and rather support such efforts. Thus, alleviation of poverty in Asia and Africa will benefit the mankind.
Also, Xi can declare that China will seek for peace because peaceful conditions are the best for China that needs to import raw materials and export merchandise, trading with all over the world. Military confrontation and military conflicts ruined many nations in the past and huge military budgets would only benefit military industries, impeding economic developments and welfare of the people.

Xi can declare that China is ready and willing to make historical compromises with EU and the U.S. from time to time to avoid turning conflict of economic interests into diplomatic confrontation and military conflicts.
A compromise, in this context, means that two parties of conflict of interests work together to formulate a "mechanism" under which both parties would benefit and satisfy each interest so that they can prosper together. It is wisdom that creates a compromise, while foolhardiness leads to confrontation.
Xi can remind the American people that the U.S. itself was created by the so-called Great Compromise where big states such as Virginia and small states such as Delaware made a compromise to draft the US Constitution in 1787.

Xi can remind European people of the 1928 “Red Line” Agreement which struck a deal between several American, British, and French oil companies concerning the oil resources within the Middle East.

However, despite such intentions of China, if the U.S. and Britain do not understand the importance of making a compromise and instead desperately seek for confrontation and conflicts, China will stand firm and repel the aggression.
China can counter by forming a military alliance with Russia, which will provide both tactical and strategic advantages to China. Tactically, the alliance would enable China to enhance her anti-submarine warfare capability in the South and East China Sea by having Russian submarine fleet on her side. Strategically, China would be able to deploy her strategic nuclear submarines to such areas as the Arctic Sea to deter the U.S., and also station missile destroyers at Kaliningrad, a Russian exclave on the Baltic Sea, to deter the UK.

Britain and the U.S. are badly caught by the mindset of ancient Greek and Rome where nobles and citizens were prosperous at the sacrifice of slaves while waging wars overseas. As a result of that, Britain and the U.S. tend to regard Asian and African nations as slaves and wage wars overseas one after another. Japan once tried to be just like imperial great powers, imitated Britain and the U.S. and ruined herself.
China is different. China's effort is directed to poverty alleviation and seeking for peace.
Forget about the Greek and Roman Classics and assume a brand-new mindset of the 21st century. Forget about the Thucydides Trap and prosper together as the mankind through compromise.
After all, the earth is a small planet. We need to live and prosper together as "neighbors".
These words are what Xi Jinping can declare in his doctrine.
Thank you.
