Climate Week NYC, marking its 5th anniversary in 2013, is the global summit for governments, investors, businesses, innovators and opinion formers focused on driving the transition to a low carbon economy.
I am planning to attend some of the meetings and exchange precious informations.
I am going to fly to New York (JFK) by United Airlines on September 23rd.
It's a morning flight. I need to go to the Narita International Airport very early in the morning because a checking-in is supposed to be made two hours earlier than the departure time.
It's a United Airlines flight but operated by All Nippon Airways. So, I need to make a checking-in at the All Nippon Airways' counter at the departure lobby of the Narita International Airport.
I purchased e-tickets. With an e-ticket, all you need to do is to go to the airline company's counter at the departure lobby of the airport on the departure date. Tell your flight number and your name with presenting your passport. Then, a person at the counter will give you a boarding pass. You can enter the airplane with the boarding pass. It's so easy!
Anyone who travels to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program is required to make an ESTA online application before the travel.
An ESTA online application is simple and easy. You can complete it in 15minutes. You can make an ESTA online application here.

午前中のフライトなので、成田空港へ早朝に行く必要があります。チェックイン手続きを、出発時刻の2時間前に行なう必要があるからです。
また、United Airlinesのフライトなのですが、全日空が運行しているので、成田空港出発ロビーにある全日空のカウンターで、チェックイン手続きをします。
E-チケットを購入しました。E-チケットの場合、出発の当日、出発ロビーにある航空会社のカウンターへ行って、フライト・ナンバーと名前を伝え、パスポートを提示すれば、ボーディングパスが発行されます。飛行機には、ボーディングパスで、搭乗出来ます。
なお、アメリカにビザなしで渡航する場合、渡航前に、インターネットで、ESTA申請手続きを行なっておく必要があります。
インターネットでESTA申請手続を行なうことは、簡単です。15分あれば、済ませることが出来ます。こちらから申請手続きが出来ます。
