PV EXPO 2013 was held in Tokyo, Japan on February 27th to March 1st. As I visit PV EXPO, I always find the exhibition is getting more and more international every year.

This is the booth of an American PV inverter company which has main R&D and manufacturing facilities in Italy and announced last month to work with a Japanese storage battery company to provide home energy storage systems worldwide.
My German friend of the German Federal Government once advised to me that, in the area of renewable energies, people are working with idealism that they are doing the right thing and making the world better.
I do believe that, through the very process of energy transition, people of the world will really learn to work together as the mankind beyond race, religion, and national borders.

アメリカの太陽光発電用インバーター・メーカーのブースです。この会社は、イタリアに主要な研究開発および製造拠点を持ちます。先月、日本の蓄電池メーカーと提携し、家庭用蓄電システムを全世界で販売して行くことを発表しました。
ドイツ連邦政府の私の友人が、再生可能エネルギーの分野では、皆、自分たちが行なっていることは正しいことであり、世界をより良くして行く、という理想主義を持って、働いていると話していました。
再生可能エネルギーへの移行の過程において、人々は、民族や宗教、国境を超え、人類として共に生きることを学んで行く気がします。
