I have been staying in Berlin, Germany since February 2nd for the purpose of exchanging information on renewable energies.
I had three meetings with my German friend of the German federal government who is in charge of renewable energies.
He advised to me in quite detail about the purchase pricing mechanism and own consumption bonus under the German Feed-in Tariff. He also advised to me the precious information on the latest situation and challenges of the German photovoltaic market.
In return, I advised to him the latest situation of Japanese policies on renewable energy industries. I also, advised to him on the Kanagawa Solar Bank System especially on the Kanagawa Solar Center.
There are lots to learn about renewable energies in Germany!

前回のブログ記事でお伝えさせていただいたように、私は、2月2日から、ボランティアで行なっている再生可能エネルギー普及の仕事の関係で、ドイツのベルリンに来ています。
今週は、ドイツ連邦政府で再生可能エネルギー普及を担当している友人と、3回お話をしました。固定価格買取制度の下における買取価格決定のメカニズムや自家消費ボーナスについて、また、ドイツの太陽光発電市場の最新動向について、たいへん詳しく教えていただくことが出来ました。
一方、私からは、日本の再生可能エネルギーの政策動向、および神奈川県政府の進めている「かながわソーラーバンクシステム」、とくに「かながわソーラーセンター」についてお伝えすることが出来ました。
旧東ベルリンにあるカフェで1回、彼のオフィスのあるベルリン中心街の政府ビルで2回、お話をしました。
環境先進国のドイツから学ぶことは本当にたくさんあります。
