I visited the ocean beach in San Francisco, CA.
The beach is so wide and beautiful.
The sunset can be seen from the beach.
I talked with an ex-police officer who had retired 9 years ago. He came to the beach with his family from Indianapolis, Illinois. He has three children, all of whom have master's degrees.
He said, "I wanted to provide opportunities to my children. The US is a country of opportunity, diversity, and equality."
Ordinary Americans like himself make the US great.

イリノイ州のインディアナポリスから家族といらっしゃっている、9年前引退した警察官の方とお話する機会がありました。3人のお子さんは、みなさん、修士号をお持ちだそうです。
「子供に機会を与えてあげたかったんだ。」とおっしゃっていました。「アメリカは、機会と多様性と平等の国なんだ。」とおっしゃっていました。
彼のような普通のアメリカ人のみなさんが、アメリカを素晴しい国にしています。
