Let me advise to you the latest situation of the Kanagawa solar project.
The Kanagawa government made public the PDF of the intra-government structure to proceed the Kangawa solar project.

The PDF provides the diagram of the structure to proceed the Kanagawa project.
According to the PDF, the Kanagawa government establishes the headquarters to proceed the solar project. The chairman of the headquarters is Governor Kuroiwa himself.
The headquarters has three working groups.
The first working group is in charge of the Kanagawa solar bank and mega solar project.
Please note that mega solar project is added to the Kanagawa solar project. The Kanagawa government is planning to facilitate constructions of mega solar in the Kanagawa prefecture.
The second working group is in charge of the installations of solar panels to the Kanagawa government buildings and facilities.
The third working group is in charge of producing employment including installers.
Also, the Kanagawa solar project study group will be established, which will study and provide suggestions to the headquarters on such subjects as the Kanagawa solar bank, the installations of solar panels to the Kanagawa government buildings and facilities, and mega solar project.
The study group will consist of the Kanagawa government officials, scholars, the officials from the environment ministry of the central government, related business operators, and NGO members.
神奈川県の黒岩知事は、５月２日の記者会見で、神奈川ソーラープロジェクトの推進体制を発表しました。（同推進体制を示すPDFは、こちらでご覧いただけます。）
神奈川県政府は、庁内に、「ソーラプロジェクト推進本部」を設置します。推進本部長は、黒岩知事です。
推進本部の下に３つのワーキンググループがおかれます。
第一のワーキンググループは、神奈川ソーラーバンクおよびメガーソーラーを所掌します。神奈川ソーラープロジェクトに、メガソーラーが加えられました。
第二のワーキンググループは、県有施設へのソーラーパネルの設置を所掌します。
第三のワーキンググループは、ソーラーパネル設置作業者など雇用の拡大を所掌します。
さらに、「神奈川ソーラープロジェクト研究会」が設置されます。同研究会は、神奈川ソーラーバンク、県有施設へのソーラーパネル設置、およびメガソーラーに関し、調査・研究を行い、推進本部に対し提言を行ないます。
同研究会は、神奈川県政府職員、学識経験者、中央政府環境庁職員、関係事業者、NGOメンバーによって構成されます。
