I am not trying to complain about my colleague, as I actually enjoy working with her. In the past, whenever I noticed minor mistakes in her work, I would either quietly correct them for her or let her know politely. However, today's issue was significant and could have resulted in double charges for us. Because of this, I sent a straightforward message and copied my manager. I am unsure if she is upset, but I felt it was necessary to clarify the situation completely.
