郵便局で不愉快な経験をした。普段ならAmazonロッカーで受け取るはずのAmazonの荷物を2つ受け取る必要があったのですが、ロッカーエリアが工事中だったため、代わりに郵便局で受け取ることになりました。
到着後、スタッフが荷物を探している間、私は15分も待たされました。その後、彼らは荷物は届いていないと言い、後日改めて来るように勧めた。私は納得がいかず、荷物は確実に届いているはずだと強く主張しました。名前ではなく追跡番号で探すよう求めたところ、ようやく荷物が見つかりました。私はお礼も言わずに立ち去った。この一連の出来事で約30分を無駄にしました。決して丁寧な態度ではなかったと自覚はしていますが、その時の対応には不満を感じざるを得ませんでした。
I had a frustrating experience at the post office. I needed to collect two Amazon parcels, which I would normally pick up from an Amazon Locker. However, because the locker area was under repair, I had to collect them from the post office instead.
When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes while the staff looked for my parcels. They then told me the parcels were not there and suggested that I come back another time. I felt upset and firmly explained that the parcels must have arrived. I asked them to search by the parcel numbers instead of my name, and they eventually found them. I left without saying thank you. The whole experience wasted me about 30 minutes, and although I know I was not very polite, I was unhappy with how the situation was handled.
