昨日は怖い思いをしました。新しい1ヶ月交換タイプのコンタクトレンズを試用してみたのですが、装着した時は問題なさそうでした。ところが、夜シャワーを浴びる前に外そうとしたら、どうしても外れなくなってしまったのです。こんなことは今まで一度もなかったし、眼鏡店が閉まっていたので助けを求めることもできなかった。
何度も試みて、最終的には取り出すことができたのですが、その後目が痛くなりました。朝はまだ赤かったのですが、幸い今は赤みが引いています。ただ、まだ少し乾燥した感じが残っています。
Yesterday was frightening. I had got a new pair of monthly trial contact lenses, and they seemed fine when I put them in. However, when I tried to remove them before showering at night, I couldn’t get them out. This had never happened to me before, and because the optician was closed, I couldn’t ask for help.
I tried many times and eventually managed to take them out, but my eyes hurt afterward. They were still red in the morning, but fortunately the redness has gone now. They still feel a little dry.
