悪口を言いたくはないのですが、今回の経験には満足していません。プロ意識に欠ける対応のせいで、コンタクトレンズが届くのを6ヶ月も待たされています。スタッフによって情報が食い違っていたり、配送が遅れたり、間違った試用レンズが注文されたりして、多くの時間を無駄にしました。
幸いなことに、その店の香港人スタッフが私の件をフォローアップしてくれており、大変助かっています。しかし、プロ意識に欠けるスタッフはすべてを台無しにしてしまう可能性がある。1ヶ月以内に正しいコンタクトレンズが届くことを願っています。
I do not want to say bad things, but I am unhappy with the experience. I have been waiting six months for the contact lenses because of unprofessional service. Different staff members gave me conflicting information, there were delivery delays, and the wrong trial lenses were ordered, which wasted a lot of my time.
Fortunately, a Hong Kong staff member at the shop has been closely following up on my case and has been very helpful. However, unprofessional staff can ruin everything. I hope to receive the correct contact lenses within a month.
