今日は外傷治療の研修に参加したので、勤務時間のほとんど をそれに費やしました。一部の同僚にとっては必要な研修であることは理解していますが、私自身の役割には必要ないものだと感じています。必修だったのでできる限り参加しましたが、そこから実践的なスキルを身につけたとは感じていません。
I attended the trauma care training today, which took up most of my workday. While I understand this training is valuable for some colleagues, I feel it isn't necessary for me. Since it was compulsory, I did my best to participate, but I don't feel I gained any practical skills from it.
