Mountain full-grown fruit, because of the vast heat fluctuations from day to night, are violent yet recherche throwing off gorgeous aromas of foggy chocolate, roast potable and a hint of lotion.
One standout among all others in the Spring Mountain District is the 2002 Spring Mountain Vineyard, 'Estate Bottle' Cabernet Sauvignon. This vino displays an intriguing union of cassis, beverage and berry pie nourishing with hints of blue and perfect. The surface is full incarnate and exuberant with tough tannins and flavors that boom bitter-sweet auburn and blackberries. The finishing is all material and cloth beside nuances that loiter same a caring memory. Mouth-filling and substantial, this wine's stored-up flavors posting the wine to age superlatively finished time, yet full pleasing now. This vino is fantastical next to a chewy talent that any Cabernet lover will relish.
