先週から数日連続ジョギングをやってきました 
今年の冬は色々があって運動は殆ど出来ませんでした。
ジョギングの後はいい気持ちになりますね。
（でも、本当に疲れます・・・そして、食欲が凄いです！！！）
金曜日からGolden weekに入りますね～
ローズクレイ ・ 竹炭
ずーっと前から気になっていたローズクレイと竹炭のコンビネーションです。
初めての色合わせですから、作った時に
竹炭の部分は特に心配しました。
竹炭ってとても細かくて簡単に入れすぎてしまう場合はなくもありませんからね 
この石鹸にヘーゼルナッツ油が入っていますので、ナッツの香りと
エッセンシャルオイルブレンドのマッチングにビックリしました。
この石鹸の香りは、不思議なことに、フレッシュなフローラルになっています・・・
OIL： HOひまわり、ヘーゼルナッツ、HRひまわり、シアバター、椿、パーム、ココナッツ
OP： ローズクレイ、竹炭、トレハローズ

It has been a long time since my last posting in English.
Even though there was another aftershock last night,
the quakes are less frequent than they were a few weeks ago.
The azalea bushes in Tokyo are colouring the city in
many shades of pink, white and pale purple.
Above them the yellow-green leaves of the gingko trees add to the freshness of the
scenery and all this makes you feel as if the new season is running in your blood system.
Recently, "The Shadow of the Wind", a book by Carlos Ruiz Zafon,
has been a breath of fresh air among the number of books by English speaking authors available here.
The characters are discribed with a lot of warmth and sence of humour. The language is beautiful and,
though long, the expressions flow smoothly forming a text trully enjoyable to the reader.
