全オリジナル曲の作詞を手がけた本作では、自らの言葉と歌で、彼女にとっての「愛」を表現。
さらに、自身のセレクトにより中島みゆきの名曲「空と君のあいだに」をカバーするなど、後藤真希の挑戦と意欲が詰まった超・決意作!

holding or throwing a heavy bowling ball; knee sprains are the result of a leg
that has twisted wrong or stopped short. Symptoms of either sprain include
swelling, pain during movement, bruising, tenderness, popping or tearing,
and a warm feeling to the skin.
To reduce the risk of sprains, consider using a splint for extra support when
you’re bowling. Also, don’t overthrow the ball or use one that’s too heavy
for you.
If you do happen to suffer a sprint, follow the RICE treatment: rest, ice, compress,
and elevate. Take at least a few days off from bowling, making sure to
ice the sprain to reduce swelling. Compress any swelling with an elastic bandage
and elevate the joint above the level of the heart. Don’t return to bowling
until you feel like you can throw the ball comfortably.
Shoulder injuries
According to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, millions of
people visit their doctor each year complaining of shoulder pain. More than
half of these complaints turn out to be rotator cuff problems (the rotator
cuff is made up of the muscles and tendons that hold the arm and shoulder
bones together). Shoulder injuries are often caused by athletic activities that
involve excessive, repetitive, overhead motion — sounds a bit like what you
do in bowling, huh?
To prevent shoulder injuries, don’t use an exaggerated high backswing or
overthrow the ball. Your backswing and throw should be comfortable. Also,
avoid swinging the ball too far behind you or sending it down the lane like it’s
the Space Shuttle and you’re the rocket launcher. (See Chapter 7 for the scoop
on proper throwing techniques.)
Don’t try to keep bowling if you’re feeling pain in your shoulder (or any part
of your body, for that matter); you can make the injury much worse if you do.
Also, be aware of the other signs of a shoulder injury, which include stiffness,
lack of rotation, a popping or sliding feeling, and lack of strength.
If you injure your shoulder while bowling, rest it and apply ice for a few days.
Also make sure to contact your doctor to rule out serious injury. Depending
on the extent of the injury, your doctor will prescribe exercises for you to do
and possibly physical therapy. She may also prescribe an over-the-counter
anti-inflammatory medication to reduce pain and swelling. Regardless of
the prescribed treatment, return to bowling only when you can comfortably
move your arm and release the ball.
