Mac 版 Microsoft Edge を起動すると

コンソールでクラッシュレポートを確認すると

となっているので、clang の libc++.dylib が読み込めないのだろう。
ちなみに /usr/lib の下にはある。
Xcode のバージョン アップがいけないのか、AlertNotificationService のビルドがヘマっているのか...
