2 tsp. insignificant oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 10 ounces boned skinless fowl breasts, 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tsp. fresh terra firma chillies, 1/2 tsp. sparingly shredded onions, 2 tsp. frore water, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. peanut oil, 1 tbsp. shaoxing cereal inebriant or dry sherry, 1/3 cup fowl broth, 1 tsp. muddy soy sauce, 4 dry Chinese mushrooms, 1/2 littler red bell white pepper cut 1-inch triangles, 3 season onions largely light-colored cut into 2" lengths, 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, 2 tsp. cutting river for thickening, 1 tsp. benny oil, 2 tsp. terrain bean sauce (mo si jeung), 10 oz boned skinless pullet breasts (cut on oblique into 1/4" sticky by 2" long-lasting slices, 4 Chinese dried mushrooms (soaked in warm wet for 45 minutes, rinsed, wet squeezed out, stems discarded, caps halved)

Method:
