He was the first to lock onto the moment when Bass was clearly calling Jeff Green out with Non Verbal communication that everyone that was watching understood. In cameras view it was Phil, Brooks, Bogans, Lee,Wallace, Walter McCarty,Lebron 10 cork, and finally the aloof Faverini. as well as an assistant coach behind them. Bass Completely disrespected him as a man. He looked at him with utter disgust sized him up by looking up and down at him. And Green did absolutely nothing at all. I say this was a pivotal moment for Jeff in his career here. He has a chance to redeem himself. This is also a big test for Stevens his first real moment of I have a talented but unmotivated player. Can he get through to him or does he want to see him moved. Wow the guy really is Soft.
I am actually enjoying this season better than the last couple of years because I hated to see our great veterans PP and KG give their best and get beat by younger players that just had more in the tank than they did.With the youth we have now, we are always capable of winning, even when we don039;t, it is not because we are old and don039;t have enough in the tank. When we lose it is because of lack of experience or the other team just being better. I hated losing to lesser teams the last couple of years just because our decorated veterans were too old to hang in there.So, in the final analysis, we should have started the youth movement sooner and I wonder how much the delay in the transition to youth was DA039;s decision or the HC039;s reluctance to transition.
With Speights the filler. I would like to get D. Green as well if we could. For G.S. they like Barnes But you have to think about that deal It puts them into win now mode and have an additional pick to build with. Would you pull the trigger even if it was a Brooklyn Pick.
