The Charter of International Earth Environment University (IEEU)

The Philosophy of Establishment:

IEEU have established on January 14, 1989 at New York to realize ” Four Steps to Absolute Peace” Concepts of late Dr. Linus C. Pauling and late Dr. Hisatoki Komaki, the Founders of the University, and registered as Non-Profitable Organization at Delaware as “Earth Environment University, Inc.”. And nowadays it aims to accomplish the “New Theory for Absolute Peace” announced in 2007 by Drs. Kunshi Kitagawa and realize Cultural, Mental and Spiritual Salvation of all living existence of this planet. To fulfill these aims IEEU hold the activities of Research and Education to set the Institute of Environmental Science, of Peace Study, of Philosophy and Religious Study, of Economics and Business Administration, of Politics and Jurisprudence, of Holistic Medicine, and of Integral Studies. Besides the Degree which IEEU issue has the effect of Doctor of the Doctor, i.e. Post-Doctoral Degree. IEEU tend to grow up the “Universal Reformer of the World”. Through this university’s activities, New Illuminated Humanity “Homo sapiens illuminalis” will appear in the world instead of the present human being “Homo sapiens sapiens”, and reform the earth then complete this planet. This is the final target of this university. May Peace Prevail on Earth.

Article1. (Nomination)　This formal name of the university is International Earth Environment University (IEEU).

Article2. (General Headquarters) The General Headquarters of this university is at 1800-7 Shinjo, Tanabe, Wakayama 646-0011, Japan.

Article3. (Activity of Research) This university set the above mentioned Institutes for the Doctoral and Post-Doctoral study and Deans of the Institutes shall be entrusted. Deans shall be posted the Chief Committee of the Degree Investigation Committee.
Article4. (Activity of Education) Each Professor does the Activity of Education to accomplish the above mentioned “the Philosophy of Establishment” through Seminars, Lectures and Publication of the Papers.
Article5. (Degree) This University grant the Honorary Degrees of various fields. To confer the degree, candidates shall pass the investigation of the Degree Investigation Committee.
Article6. (Tuition Fee and Degree Acquisition Fees) Each Professor can set the tuition fee of the Seminar freely and Degree Investigation Committee decides the Degree Acquisition Fees.
Article7. (Executives) This university entrust the directors as mentioned below.
CEO: one person: as the supreme representative of the university. Honorary President: one person: Dr. Hisatoki Komaki, the Founder permanently.
President: one person: Drs. Kunshi Kitagawa, permanently.
Vice-President: several persons: Drs. Hideyuki Kamiryo and Dr. Hiroshi Taniguchi, both permanently, and so on.
Executive Directors: several persons: CEO, President, Vice-President and Deans of the Institutes.
Article8. (Additional Rule) To accomplish above mentioned “the Philosophy of Establishment”, Executive Directors will judge and decide the all issues of the university and can revise the Charter of IEEU.
