ちょっと前に始めた、ライターのお仕事。
英語で沖縄について書いています。
沖縄以外の事も書いていこうとは思っているけれど、しばらくは沖縄の事が9割になりそう。
今日は、記事を二つ書いて、一つ編集しました~。
その中の1つの記事の一部で、英語でゴーヤーチャンプルーの作り方と、タコライスの作り方を紹介したので、こっちにも載せますねー

<ゴーヤーチャンプルー>

Ingredients *Serves 2
・Pork or spam, sliced to a size you like (some like it bigger, some like it smaller)
・1 bitter melon (goya)
・200g of tofu
・2 eggs
・Oil, salt, dashi (dashi is a class of soup and cooking stock used in Japanese cuisines)
Directions:
Cut and open goya, remove seeds and seed coats with a spoon.
slice it into thin pieces (some people who prefer it bitter slice it into thick pieces but I think it's too bitter for people who are not used to the taste).
Beat eggs.
Cut tofu to a size you like.
Heat pan and add oil. Stir-fry goya and pork.
Then, add tofu and eggs and and season with salt and dashi.
You can ass pepper or soy sauce if you like.

Taco rice is a popular example of Okinawan cuisine.
It's so easy to cook!
Ingredients*Serves 2-3
・200g of Ground beef
・1 onion
・2 tomatoes
・Lettuce
・Shred cheese
・Salsa
・Rice
・Salt and pepper
Directions:
Mince an onion and stir-fly with ground beef and season it with salt and pepper.
Cut tomatoes and lettuce into small pieces (you can cut them to sizes you like).
Make a bed of rice.
Then, put the stir-fried beef and onion, tomatoes and lettuce and shred cheese on the bed of rice.
Finally, put salsa on it.
