アントニオ・カルロス・ジョビン (葡: Antônio Carlos Jobim、1927年1月25日 - 1994年12月8日)は、ブラジルの作曲家、編曲家、ミュージシャン。本名はアントニオ・カルロス・ブラジレイロ・デ・アルメイダ・ジョビン(Antônio Carlos Brasileiro de Almeida Jobim) 。略してトム・ジョビン (Tom Jobim) とも呼ばれる。
20世紀のブラジル音楽を代表する作曲家である。1950年代後半、ジョアン・ジルベルト、ヴィニシウス・ヂ・モライスなどとともに、ボサノヴァという音楽ジャンルを創生したと言われている。多くのボサノヴァ・アーティストがジョビンの作品を演奏し、音楽的ジャンルを超えて広く影響を及ぼした。
ジョビンの音楽的ルーツは、1930年代から活動していた、ブラジル近代音楽の父とも言うべきピシンギーニャ(Pixinguinha)やブラジル屈指の作曲家、エイトル・ヴィラ＝ロボス(Heitor Villa Lobos)（共にショーロの音楽家）の影響を強く受けている。彼にはまたフランスの作曲家クロード・ドビュッシーなどクラシックの音楽家からの影響も大きいと言える。
息子にギタリストのパウロ・ジョビン、孫にピアニストのダニエル・ジョビンがいる。彼らは現在でも「ジョビン・ファミリー」として演奏活動を続けており、来日回数も多い。

原爆の日に考える
先週土曜日は“広島”、あすは“長崎”の原爆の日。福島第一原発の事故の後、初めてという意味でも注目されています。どちらの式典にも参加する軍事ジャーナリストの前田哲男さんと今年の原爆に日に考えることを語ります。前田さんは、ビキニ環礁で行われた水爆実験の取材を１０年ほど続け、被爆した住民をみ続けています。
京都大学の小出先生には福島県に行かれた話しを聞きます。
小出氏もだいぶお疲れの様子。ちょっと心配だ。
