アース・ウィンド・アンド・ファイアー (Earth, Wind & Fire) は、アメリカのファンクミュージック・バンドである。
人気を博した1970年代の全盛期は、モーリス・ホワイトとフィリップ・ベイリーのツインヴォーカルに重厚なホーンセクションが特徴であった。1980年代前半には、他バンドに先駆けてコンピューターを利用した電子音を採り入れ、実験的な曲創りにも取り組んだ。
