愛知県春日井市で、外国人向け料理教室 I.C Class Kitchen を始めました。
I.C こと Chinatsu です。
【教室について About My cooking Class】
I.C Class Kitchen では、日本在住外国人の方向けに
愛知県の食材や調味料を使って作る「名古屋めし」や、家庭でカンタンに作れるお寿司をはじめとした和食を
英語でレッスンしています。
旅行で日本に来ている方や外国に住んでいる方ももちろん！大歓迎です！
現在レッスンはオンラインのみですが ※2022年12月～ オンラインレッスンと自宅での対面レッスン開始
いずれは自宅レッスンで一緒に作りながら、愛知県産の調味料や食材など
紹介していきたいと考えています。
まるで友達の家に遊びに来たかのようにリラックスして和食に親しんでもらい
一緒に作ることによって、異国で暮らす楽しさの一歩を踏み出せる…
そんな穏やかな空間でのレッスンを心がけています。

Welcome to my cooking class "I.C Class Kitchen" blog.
I.C Class Kitchen, a cooking class for foreigners, has started in Kasugai City, Aichi ,Japan.
I'm I.C (Chinatsu). Nice to meet you !
.I.C Class Kitchen is for foreigners living in Japan
I'll teach Aichi 's food culture "Nagoya Meshi" and Japanese food such as sushi that you can easily make at home in English.
(Of course, those who live abroad, who come to Japan on a trip are also welcome !)
Currently lessons are online only ※Online and Real Lesson start from Dec 2022
In the near future, while making it together at my home lessons, I would like to introduce you seasonings and ingredients made from Aichi.
Relax and get familiar with Japanese food as if you were visiting a friend's house
Making it together is a step towards the joy of living in a foreign country ...

【I.C Class Kitchen の名前について
About The Name Of
I.C Class Kitchen 】
I.C は私のイニシャル、そして私が住む「愛知」＝Aichi と発音が似ていること。
Class は、日々を送る「暮らす」と、小さなまとまりの「クラス」の2つの意味から。
愛知（I.C）で暮らす（Class）私（I.C）のKitchenから、和食をはじめ食材のことや日々の生活のことなどを発信し、ここが生徒さんにとって居心地の良い場所になれば、との思いを込めてつけました。
I.C is my initials.
"Aichi" = Aichi where I live, similar in pronunciation to I.C.
Class has two meanings: "living" where you spend your days and "class" which is a small group.
From my Kitchen where I live in Aichi, I send out information about Japanese food, ingredients, and daily life, and I hope that this would be a comfortable place for people.
