Welcome to a Laptop AC Adapter specialist of the Asus Ac Adapter
Tried to use the FAQ, my model not even listed. No matter what question I asked--same canned response came back. Just hate this ASUS. Nothing but problems since the day I purchased it. ASUS=JUNK!
I sent my laptop to ASUS Global Warranty department which had a graphic card hardware failure and headphone jack hardware failure. The Laptop came back but with out my power adapter such as Asus Eee PC 1015PD AC Adapter

that I had sent them. I have now been waiting 30 days since receiving my laptop, 5 calls later, still no progress. Every call they tell me a supervisor will followup with me tomorrow, not one ever calls back. I've confirmed the phone number every time. I will not buy an ASUS again. Poor execution on their warranty.

2 month old and craked it self and they wont do nothing about it its your own problem.. in the early days of a new customer you would think they would look after you but no not at all maybe they could update there polices for the return of custom by helping out in the first 3 month . it would mean a lot the the byre and would see more return custom to all there products. some times the pries of the what ever is the product may be a bit much to add extra cuver at first. so it stands to reason that a 2 to 3 month lee way polices would creat a greater company than that has ever been and the word of mouth that would be created a new to product retailer. and many other money making ways would be born from that one polices . now that would be real support !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a new Maximus III Formula motherboard. The EZFlash 2 utility was no functional render OC over clock features etc useless. Tech Support was a pleasure to deal with. They told me that I could have the chip mailed to without having to send the board back to them and not have any downtime with the PC. Bios Dept would not warranty the chip unless I sent the whole board to them. Or pay them $5.00 for the chip and $15.00 on the shipping. Rip-off the board not even a week old and I have to pay them of a warranty part and 15 for shipping that definitely making a profit on me. Called Newegg was I bought the board in the first place and they in a heartbeat credited my account the 20 bucks. Great Customer service from Newegg. Not so from Asus Bios department.

I ordered a new bios chip from MichelleOn Mon. the 25th and it came on Wed.,but it was the wrong one they shipped! I called and was told another would be shipped that day overnight. Thurs. came and no chip! I called for Michelle and when they asked who was calling I could hear background chatter about how to "handle" me! They said it was coming in that evening and would be immediately sent out to me overnight. Well!! It's Monday now and still no chip.I don't like being "handled" and could have understood delivery peoblems to ASUS, but I was just put off it seems. Was going to stick with ASUS on my next build, but Think I'll try Gygabyte next time. PO'd in Conn.

its really bad, they say to send my laptop in for repair, but don't have the part for 3 months, and no calls from manager either.

I don't know about the other postings on here but after flashing the bios on my new motherboard it crapped out, when I went to order a new one they said they had to charge me $5 for the the chip and $15 minimum on the shipping. LAME! so I paid it cause I have work to do, but it never came. When I finally got hold of them they said the order had been lost due to a computer glitch. I ordered a new one and it was supposed to be shipped overnight, didn't come until 4 days later which is today, we shall see if it works, I e-mailed them with my concerns of poor service, they decided to comp the cost...which should have been then case from the beginning seeing as it was a brand new mother board and their software. Not sure if I will get anything from them in the future.

My refurbished ASUS motherboard gave me the message ...Bad BIOS checksum.. & the tech support tech referred me to the BIOS replacement section. Michelle had a newly flashed bios in the mail that evening!!! I like ASUS motherboards, been building systems for ten years now. Weber deVore Jr

I had to use my commercial credit card to pay for 2 bios chips ordered by a staff member at my work, who had also requested overnight shipping. I got on the phone to give payment address details and I confirmed the price with the shipping. Only got one chip, sent by ground. On subsequent phone call to get second chip, Michelle in sales claimed she had a "transcript" that confirms the staff member ordered one by ground. I guess she forgot I was on the original phone call, too. Not very professional.

My computer came with recovery DVD damaged. Call ASUS. Leveroni Rodolgo served me excellently. Very quick and efficient. That is the way to serve customers who appreciate

Best Service ever. I flashed BIOS and had an issue rebooting the PC. After doing diagonsis with ASUS technical support team and I was forward to BIOS dept where Parri Darnell took care of it. After I got the BIOS chip, it was corrupted and I left an email and within 24 hours new chip shipped again. Go ASUS Go. Glad to be a customer of ASUS

I purchased a MB from Newegg and I come to find out the CPU is not supported without a newer BIOS version. The only way to do this is 1)ship the MB back to the manufacturer 2)Purchase a low end CPU so I can start the PC and flash to a new BIOS or 3)Order a 5 $ BIOS chip, Now I went with option 3, only to find out the shipping costs were in excess of 50$ for Fedex. Talking with the ASUS rep and they tell me thats what Fedex charges, yet those funds goto ASUS for shipping not the shipping company. This makes absolutly no sense. I use Fedex for International orders (USA to Canada) all the time and they're never that much, let alone for mailing a legal sized envelope. I build PC's as a hobby for the area I live and needless to say I will never use ASUS based products in my builds again!
