It is fun to have a meal with family on Sunday.

Going out might sound more fun, 

but daily meal at home is full of appreciation.

This slowly Sunday is very comfortable for me

because each member of my family seems to be relaxed.

Even though, they do each things,

such as working, studying, and doing homework.

Putting aroma in front of them to concentrate more

made me feel my change:

behave actively from a passive position.

 

 

 

A passive position is like

including compulsion,

forcing power,

ordering something,

and your action is made by somebody else.

So the action will be dull,

lower concentration, and bad memory will occur.

 

 

 

Especially for children, at the end,

 

"I can not do it!"

 

will come up to you with the attitude problem.

 

 

 

However, get a deep breath when you got irritation to the kids.

Your emotional brain occupy your thinking.

Remember to use a rational brain to control the emotional one.

If you notice the tip for using your rational brain,

you can feel more happiness and achievement!!!
