「ウォークイン」とは
「だれか貴方とは別の存在」が、貴方の中に入り込んできて、貴方にとって代わることではなく、
魂が、それまで表現されていたよりも、もっともっと（分量的に）たくさん表現されるようになって（おそらく、一挙に、急激に）、
それにともなって、貴方のキャラクターも（急に）変わってしまったようになる、
ということを言うようです。
そのような説明のほうが
僕的に しっくりきます
