Can't believe it's been a month since our departure from the U.S.!
とうとう帰国してから１ヶ月が経ちました～！

今週から妻が職場復帰し、共働きでの子育てが始まりました
今回はその一日の動きを紹介していきたいと思います
Since my wife has returned to work, today I wanna introduce our weekday life.
５：３０ 妻起床 My wife wakes up
６：３０ 私起床 I wake up
６：５０ 娘を起こし、着替え等 Wake her up, change the outfit
７：１０ 朝食 Breakfast
７：２５ 朝食終了 Done with breakfast
７：３５ 皿洗い、歯磨き等 Wash dishes, brush teeth
７：５０ 妻出勤 My wife leaves home
８：００ 娘の出発準備 Get ready for going outside
８：１０ 私と娘出発 I and my daughter leave home
（ここから徒歩40分ほどかけて保育園に向かいます We take a 40-min walk to the nursery）
８：５０ 保育園に到着 Arrive at the nursery
運よくモンテッソーリの園に入ることが出来ました。これは自分の荷物を棚に入れている様子。 Luckily we managed to send her to a Montessori school here in Tokyo too. She is putting her diapers and clothes in her shelf.
９：００ 娘とお別れ Say goodbye to my daughter
９：３０ 私職場に到着 I arrive at the office
１７：００ 妻職場を出発 My wife leaves office
１７：３０ 妻保育園で娘をピックアップ My wife picks my daughter up
１８：００ 妻と娘帰宅 My wife and daughter come back home
１９：００ 妻と娘夕食、私職場を出発 My wife and daughter have dinner, I leave office
２０：００ 妻と娘風呂、私帰宅 My wife and daughter take a bath, I'm back home
２１：００ 妻と娘就寝、私風呂 My wife and daughter go to bed, I take a bath
２２：００ 私就寝 I go to bed
ということで私は朝の部分しかあまり戦力になれてないのですが
、一日が目まぐるしく過ぎていきます
今の部署はあまり残業していないのですが、それでもぐったりしてすぐ寝てしまいます・・・共働きってこんな大変なんですね
Although I can't be of much help in the evening and at night, a days passes like a flash! I got pretty exhausted despite the fact that I did not overwork that much. Now aware of how challenging raising a child while working is!
今回はこのあたりで、次回以降は週末の娘の様子などを紹介したいと思います
