We went to the Riverbank State Park in 145st and Riverside Drive, which one of the staff at our building recommended to us!
先日、建物のスタッフの方から、145stとRiverside Driveにある「Riverbank State Park」に行ってみるといいよ、と勧められたので、行ってきました
家の近くのバス停からＭ５に乗って１０分程度。
西に延びる歩道橋があります。
It took only 10 min from my apartment, by M5 bus.
This crosswalk to the west.
わたった所にPlayground。
野球やテニスコートもあります。
Baseball and tennis court.
かなり広々としていて、
Very spacious and
休憩する場所もいっぱい
lots of places to rest.
４００ｍトラックなんかもあります
Also has a 400-meter track.
そしてプールまで
And also pool!
広場のような所に戻ってくると、
When we came back to this place,
噴水が出てきました
water came out of a splinkler!
子供達がはしゃぎまわっています
娘を近くに置いたのですが、案の定怖がって全然ダメでした
Many children running around.
Although I put my baby in front of the splinkler, she was too afraid to approach.
服を乾かしつつベンチでお弁当。
Having lunch while drying up our clothes.
バスケしている人たちを横目に見ながら帰りました
Back home along the basketball court.
公園が無数にあって色々回れるのも、ＮＹのいいところですよね
NYC has lots of parks to visit, which I like most as a parent!!
