It must have been just after 5am this morning when suddenly, my smartphone rang
It was a heavy rain warning
I quickly looked outside and it was raining certainly but it looked fine
The area was large, so it must be somewhere in the same ward
The TV news was reporting damage from the rain here and there
The forecast says it will turn into a tropical depression on September 1st, but it's kind of creepy that it will turn into a tropical depression instead of a temperate depression
