Towards the marathon race on October 30th, I started taking my body temperature from October 23rd

Well, today, October 26th, I got up at 4:30 in the morning and it was 35.4 at 5:00 in the morning
Too low

Looking at the data from the 23rd~25th, when I took it around 8 or 9 in the morning, it was 36.0

I felt like I was going to have that nightmare again if I ran with this, so I warmed up until 5:30 and then ran
It was cold at first, but by the time I got home, I was sweating and it was comfortable hot
At 5 o'clock in the evening, I took it again and it was 36.5
More than 1 degree difference

I reconfirmed that it is very important to know the daily body temperature barometer

By running, I became able to know the condition of my body better

There are times when things aren't going well, but by analyzing the environment during those bad times, I'll come to understand what I need to be careful about, I'll be happy

What I've learned from the marathon race so far is that on days when the temperature, humidity is high don't push myself too hard, that's all

Because I want to continue for a long time
