七時半起床。虎次郎が、のそのそ、介護父のトイレの隙に、ドアから脱出して、私のベットで、ペロペロアラーム。
しょうがない。起きるか。
岩見沢市快晴。12度。ひかり溢るる、素晴らしき秋の朝です。
背中が痛いくらいのひかりですので、カーテンを閉めるくらいです。
介護父の、緑茶・ジュース・コーヒー・朝刊・朝食の準備完了。
虎次郎に朝ごはん。切り干し大根。キャットフード。柔らかいやつと硬いやつ。
トイレ掃除。洗濯。
最近、冬物のダウンも、洗ってしまいましたが、(FBフレンズに教えてもらい)綺麗になりました。これ洗濯屋に持っていくと、すごい値段です。^^
昨日は、充実した１日でした。
時間は大切。今日も元気にスタートします。
