[ヒューマン美容]メンターエクストラ5ヶ月目

ヒューマン美容外科でメンターエクストラを使った豊胸手術を受けてから、もう5ヶ月が経ちました！

インプラントはモデレートハイタイプの330ccで、デュアルプレーン法（二重平面法）で手術を受けました。

手術前に悩んでいた大きさや形、触り心地など、いろいろな心配はほとんどが手術前の取り越し苦労だったんだなと実感しましたし、不快感も時間が経つにつれてすっかり良くなりました。

今月からは運動も頑張っています。私は体のラインが出る服を好む方なので、手術前は330ccでも大きすぎるんじゃないかと心配していたのですが、院長先生がおっしゃっていたように、これくらいの大きさにしてこそ満足できるんだなと思うほど、最近では大きさにも慣れて、あまり大きく見えなくなりました……笑

それだけ自分の体のバランスに合っているということですよね？笑笑

形も気に入っていますし、谷間もきれいにできていて、いろいろな面で満足しながら過ごしています。

これからは運動の強度も少しずつ上げて、どのくらいまでできるのか試してみて、また次回書きたいと思います！ :)

It's already been 5 months since I had my breast augmentation surgery with Mentor Extra implants at Human Plastic Surgery Clinic!

I had the surgery with 330cc Moderate High Profile implants placed in the dual-plane position.

Looking back, I realized that most of the things I worried about before surgery, like the size, shape, and feel, were just unnecessary worries. All the discomfort gradually went away over time, too.

Starting this month, I've been working out diligently, and since I tend to prefer clothes that fit closely to my body, I was worried before surgery that even 330cc might be too big. But just as the doctor said, I've come to realize that I needed to go at least this big to be satisfied. These days, I've gotten so used to the size that it doesn't even look that big to me anymore... lol.

I guess it really does suit my body proportions that well, right? Haha. I love the shape, my cleavage looks great, and I've been doing well in so many ways.

I'm planning to gradually increase the intensity of my workouts and see how far I can go. I'll share another update next time! :)
