[ヒューマン美容]メンターエクストラ4ヶ月目
ヒューマン美容外科でメンターエクストラ Moderate High 330ccをデュアルプレーンで入れて、手術から4ヶ月が経ちました！
手術前は、大きさや形についての悩みはもちろん、日常生活に支障が出ないかなど、本当にいろいろと心配していましたが、4ヶ月経った今では自分の胸のように感じるくらい快適に過ごせています。
最初の頃と比べると、動きもかなり自然で柔らかくなり、触った時の異物感もほとんどありません。
330ccは最初ちょっと大きいかな？と思いましたが、Kim Kook Hyun院長がおすすめしてくださったサイズにして正解だったと思います！今見ると私の体型にちょうど合っていて、とても満足しています。もう少し大きくてもよかったかも…？笑
術後のケアも、クリニックで私の回復ペースに合わせて対応してくださったので、回復もスムーズでした。今では腫れもほとんど引いて、日常生活にもまったく支障はありません。
完全に馴染んだ感じで、ブラを着た時も水着を着た時も本当にきれいです！
中に入っているものは同じような感じのブラなのに、見た目が全然違って見えませんか？笑
大きすぎず小さすぎず、自然なDカップくらいになってとても満足しています。
軽い運動もできそうなので、そろそろ少しずつ体を動かしてみようと思います :)

Before surgery, I had so many concerns—not only about the size and shape, but also about whether it would affect my daily life. Now that four months have passed, I feel so comfortable that they almost feel like my natural breasts.
Compared to the beginning, they move much more naturally and feel softer, and I barely notice any foreign-body sensation when I touch them.
At first, I wondered if 330cc might be a little too big, but I’m glad I went with the size Dr. Kim Kook Hyun recommended! Looking at them now, I think the size suits my body really well, and I’m very satisfied. Maybe I could have even gone a little bigger…? lol
The clinic also provided post-operative care according to my recovery progress, which made the whole recovery process much easier. By now, almost all of the swelling has gone down, and I have no problems at all with my daily activities.
They feel completely settled now, and they look amazing in both bras and swimsuits!
Even when I wear a similar style of bra, doesn’t the overall look feel completely different? lol
I’m really happy with the result—it’s a natural D-cup size that feels neither too big nor too small.
I think I’m ready for some light exercise now, so I’m going to start getting active little by little :)
