[ヒューマン美容外科]豊胸再手術(モティバ)
ヒューマン整形外科で、キム・グクヒョン院長に再手術を受けたレビューです！！
初回手術は有名な大手クリニックで受けました。今でも有名な病院ですが、いろいろなことがありました。見た目はそこまで悪くなかったものの、触り心地も悪く、乳首も上向きのままでまったく改善しませんでした。
病院からは「時間が経てば良くなる」と言われましたが、気づけば5年以上が経過。それでも変化がなかったため、他の病院を調べる中でヒューマン整形外科で再手術を受けることにしました。
実は初回手術の時も、その大手クリニックとヒューマン整形外科のどちらにするか悩んでいたので、「最初からヒューマン整形外科にしておけばよかった…」と本当に後悔しました。
再手術のカウンセリングで超音波検査を受けたところ、インプラントが飛び出しているのではなく、カプセル拘縮を起こしている状態だと説明を受けました。
私は自分の胸の状態を写真でしか見る機会がほとんどなかったため、見た目は普通だと思っていましたが、実際の状態を知ってかなりショックを受けました。
もともと胸の触り心地は硬かったのですが、写真ではそれなりに綺麗に見えていたので気にしていませんでした。
今回の再手術では、硬さや上向きの乳首も含めてすべて改善できるとのことで手術を決意しました。
モティバへの入れ替え、被膜除去、さらに以前の傷跡修正まで行い、今では「これが本来の柔らかさなんだ」と感じるほど自然になりました。
手術から5年以上経った胸よりも、今のほうが柔らかく、本当に満足しています。
今回は傷跡修正も受けましたが、院長先生が管理してくださる傷跡レーザー治療もしっかり受けて、きれいに回復できれば嬉しいです。
今回こそ、本当に自然で快適な胸として長く過ごせることを願っています！

This is my review after undergoing revision breast surgery with Dr. Kook Hyun Kim at Human Plastic Surgery.
My first breast augmentation was performed at a well-known large clinic. Although the clinic is still very famous today, I experienced several issues. The appearance was not terrible, but the breasts felt firm and unnatural, and my nipples remained pointed upward without any improvement.
The clinic told me that things would improve over time, but more than five years passed without any meaningful change. Since nothing improved, I started looking into other options and eventually decided to undergo revision surgery at Human Plastic Surgery.
What made it even more frustrating was that I had originally been choosing between that clinic and Human Plastic Surgery for my first surgery. Looking back, I truly regret not choosing Human Plastic Surgery from the beginning.
During my revision consultation, an ultrasound examination revealed that the problem was not implant displacement, but capsular contracture.
Since I rarely had the opportunity to see the actual condition of my breasts and mostly relied on photos, I assumed everything was normal. Learning the real situation was quite a shock.
The breasts had always felt firm, but they looked reasonably good in photos, so I thought everything was fine.
I was told that both the firmness and the upward-pointing nipples could be corrected through revision surgery, which gave me the confidence to proceed.
I underwent implant replacement with Motiva implants, capsulectomy, and scar revision surgery. Now, my breasts feel so natural that I finally understand what natural breasts are supposed to feel like.
My breasts are now softer than they were even after more than five years following my original surgery, and I am truly satisfied with the results.
I also underwent scar revision treatment, and I plan to continue the scar laser treatments managed by Dr. Kim to achieve the best possible recovery.
I sincerely hope that this time I can enjoy natural-looking and comfortable breasts for many years to come.
