他の方は谷間やブラを着けた写真が多かったので、私は回復の経過が分かるような写真を残そうと思いました😊

手術前は子どもの頃から上胸のボリュームがほとんどなく、胸の左右差もありました。

Mentor Extra（コヒーシブジェル）を使用し、左325cc・右350ccを入れていただきましたが、細かな左右差までしっかり調整していただけました🙏🏻✨

写真は2日前に病院でテーピングを外す直前に撮影したものです📸

他の方のレビューを見ると、内出血や腫れがかなり強いケースも多かったので心配していましたが、私は大きな腫れや内出血もなく、とても順調に回復していて嬉しいです😊

もともと上胸にボリュームを出したいと希望していたので、入れすぎにならないか少し心配していましたが、自然で綺麗な形に仕上げていただけたと思います✨

手術直後の数日間は胸が少し張っていましたが、1週間ほど経つとかなり楽になりました。

やはり「時間が薬」という言葉の通り、テーピングを外して管理を受けてからはさらに体が軽くなったように感じます🌷

This is my review after breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Kim Guk Hyun at Human Plastic Surgery.

Most reviews only show cleavage or bra photos, so I wanted to document my actual recovery process instead.

Before surgery, I had very little upper breast fullness since childhood and also had a slight asymmetry.

I chose Mentor Extra cohesive gel implants, with 325cc on the left side and 350cc on the right side. Even the subtle asymmetry was carefully corrected, which I really appreciated.

These photos were taken two days ago at the clinic, just before my tapes were removed.

After reading other reviews, I was worried about severe bruising and swelling, but fortunately my recovery has been very smooth without significant bruising or swelling.

My biggest concern was whether the upper pole would become too full because I specifically requested more fullness in that area. Thankfully, the final shape looks very natural and balanced.

During the first few days after surgery, my breasts felt tight and firm, but after about one week, the discomfort improved a lot.

Now I understand why people say that "time is the best medicine." After having the tapes removed and receiving follow-up care, I feel much more comfortable.
