[ヒューマン美容外科]豊胸手術(メンターエクストラ)
ヒューマン美容外科で胸の手術を受けたので、レビューを残します。
金国賢（キム・グッヒョン）院長に担当していただき、
メンターエクストラを使用し、アンダーバスト切開＋筋膜下で手術を行いました。
触感が硬すぎないか少し心配していましたが、
思っていたよりも全然問題なく、
もう少し馴染んできたら満足度はさらに高くなりそうです。
筋膜下で行ったからか、想像していたよりも痛みは少なく、
形も安定感があります。
上胸のボリュームは最初は少しありましたが、
徐々に落ち着いてきていて、とても気に入っています。
アンダーバスト切開ですが、
胸の下のラインにきれいに隠れていて本当に不思議ですし、
院長の技術力は本当にすごいと思いました。
私が運が良かったのか、院長がとてもお上手だったのか分かりませんが、
私の場合は回復も思っていたより楽で、
日常生活への復帰も早くて驚きました。
デスクワークの方であれば、
1週間ほどで問題ないと思うので、
あまり心配しすぎなくても大丈夫だと思います。
全体的にとても満足しているので、
同じように悩んでいる方の参考になればと思い、
思い切ってレビューを書いてみました。

I’m leaving a review after having breast surgery at Human Plastic Surgery Clinic.
My surgery was performed by Dr. Kim Kook-Hyun, using Mentor Extra implants,
with an inframammary incision and subfascial placement.
I was initially worried that the texture might feel too firm,
but it turned out to be much better than expected.
I think my satisfaction will be even higher once everything settles in more.
Perhaps because the implant was placed under the fascia,
the pain was less than I imagined, and the shape feels very stable.
At first, there was a bit of upper-breast fullness,
but it’s gradually settling down, and I really like how it looks now.
Even though the incision was made under the breast,
it’s completely hidden along the natural fold, which amazed me.
It really made me realize how skilled the doctor is.
I’m not sure if I was just lucky or if Dr. Kim is truly that skilled,
but in my case, the recovery was much easier than expected,
and I was able to return to my daily routine quite quickly.
If you have a desk job,
I think you’ll be fine after about a week,
so there’s no need to worry too much.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied,
and I wanted to share my experience in case it helps anyone else who’s still deciding.
