従来の英会話法の問題点1.
さてみなさん、今回の問題とその答えは決定的に重要です。
いわゆる英会話を習ったり、独習したりなさっている人たちは、本番の英会話に臨んだ時、
意思伝達上の問題が起こってもどうしてこれを直ぐに解決しようとはなさらないのでしょう？
そして、どうして考え込んだり、無関係なことをしゃべったり、でたらめな英語を話したり
なさるのでしょう。
何年いや何十年、英会話というものを学習してきた場合でもですよ。
一体全体これはどうしたことでしょう？？
それは、結論から言いますと、
本番の英会話の状況に入るや否や、その方々の全身全霊がその状況を直感的に、
テストの状況だと誤解してしまわれるからです。
そしてこの原因は、従来の英会話の教授法や学習法が全て、広い意味でのテスト形式
で行われているからです。

Now everyone, the questions and their answers for today will probably be the most
important in 'English conversation' instruction and learning.
The questions are:
1) Why do the students not try at all to sove with the partner the problems which appear in
their communication process in real English conversation situations?
2) Why do they start thinking silently to be lost in it, or start saying something totally irrelvant,
or start speaking such broken English?
They have learnd English for many years. Many of them, tens of years.
What in the world is wrong here?
Well, what is wrong here is, in our opinion, the test taking thought of the students.
As soon as they get into a real English conversation situation, they intuitively mistake
it for test taking.
This is probably because almost all the prevailing teaching and learning methods of 'English
conversation' are taking the form of testing in a wider sence.
