The first guests for Simmered Fish Cooking Class has come last Sunday！
They are couple of Asian-American and her cousin.
It’s a first time for them to come to Japan！
It’s a first time for them to participate Cooking Class！
It’s a first time for them to cook Japanese cuisine！
Especially, the husband was willing to learn the recipes of Japanese cuisine.
Sometimes he entertains us with his jokes but he was really enthusiastic to learn.
He had tried to taste Dashi(Japanese soup stock) and had been impressed.
His wife had been surprised to cook rice dish by rice cooker.
She had urged her husband to cook the rice dish by rice cooker.
They had most impressed by the healthy cuisines, compare to eat meat.
I hope they will cook those cuisines at home, according the recipes which had presented to them as their gift.
They had tasted miso soup, rice dish(cooked with the broth of simmered fish) and two types of simmered fish during lunch time.
They had praised me constantly and I’m flattered with their kind words.
However, they had written their reviews on Airbnb about Simmered Fish Cooking Class during the day.
They had also updated the photos and videos on Facebook.
