What's a Difference between Fish and Meat? | Japanese Simmered Fish Cooking Class

Do you know what’s is below photo ?

It’s a jelly of Simmered Fish broth frozend in the refrigerator one night

It really seems sweet jelly.
It melted after 5 minutes outside the refrigerator.
Please Image when you eat beef steak.
At first, the fat meat would be juicy.
A short time later it would get hard, seems white color waxy stuff.
Meat fat is named “saturated fatty acid” that get hard under usual temperature.
If you eat meat fat too much, it tends to retain in the blood and skin.
Simply speaking, it’s a fat around your waist。
I also have that around my waist (^^;)
Fish swim in the sea, the temperature is colder than land,so fish fat doesn’t get hard in the sea.
Fish fat is named “unsaturated fatty acid”.
When the fish fat is absorded into human body , it makes fat in the body decrease .
I know almost of people eat meat overseas.
Also, almost people don’t know how to cook fish.

When i had cooked Simmered Fish at the first time, i could easier to eat fish in home.
