I was here for work that was located far from the city centre, yet it was convenient to get to from the hotel. Breakfast food is good (even if they serve most of the same things, there are enough variety for you to change what you may eat everyday without repeating the exact things), and the room is comfortable. I'd tried the gym once - while the facilities there were superb (I managed to do some workout), the vibrating machine seems not to be working, and I am not sure if the water tap is working either (or maybe I do not know how to use it). The lounge are is cozy and a lovely spot for hanging out in.

Very Pleasent experience at Holiday Inn, Vienna city. We came to Vienna on 14th July from Budapest. We reached by 12.30 noon. Normally the checkin time is after 3pm. We badly need an early check-in as we were so tired of long trip and exersions. When we reached Holiday Inn, Ms Esther was at the front desk and she was very nice to us. On our request, she granted us early check-in. This was a great boon to us. During the time of booking, I couldn't add breakfast due to some tech reasons. when I pointed this out, she arranged the same there itself. Normally adding BF after reservation costs Euro 22 per person. But she made us Holiday Inn members and as a result, the BF lost went down by Euro 5 to Euro 17 only. As we had two nights stay there, She even arranged free BF to the firstday. Such nice approach makes people to opt Holiday Inn Hotel again and again. Room was nice, clean and spacious. They provided kettle, tea bags, coffee pouches and sugar. As my wife has an sour throat, they provided me sachets of salt for gargling. Breakfast was fantastic. The persons in the buffet hall were so cordial and understanding the problems of the customers. Location 9the hotel in also very good. From Vienna Main Station, its only 7 minutes bus journey by 13A bus. The same takes you back to the Station from hotel from another busstop 250 meter away from the Hotel. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Vienna. It is a value for money package. Also, here I saw a hotel with good hearted staff. Especially, Esther.
