We stayed here for a week in May, we arrived late at night and were welcomed very warmly. We were disappointed to find that we did not have a balcony as requested but the staff were very helpful and accommodated our request as soon as they were able. Staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean and we loved the pool area, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The location is excellent. We would happily stay again.
Fantastic location amongst the shopping area, this hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were nice and spacious--we had a seating area separate from our bedroom. I paid extra for a balcony which was nice and the building has an elevator, which I'd heard is rare for Rethmyno due to the preservation of the Venetian architecture. The breakfasts were our best all trip--cakes and cheese pies (along with the typical: eggs and Greek yogurt). The biggest highlight was our receptionist, Spyridoula. Adorable, friendly and extremely helpful, she just made our stay incredibly enjoyable! Loved this Venetian style hotel and everything about it! The only negative I could see someone possibly finding but it was not an issue for us is that in order access the pool, you have to go to the second floor and walk down the stairs. To come back in, you must walk back up them; there's no elevator access & you can't walk straight from the lobby through the building even though the pool is on the ground floor.
Il soggiorno in questo hotel e'stato veramente piacevole.L'hotel è' un antico palazzo ben ristrutturato con poche stanze numerate e chiamate col nome di una musa. Colazione ottima e varia che comprende sia dolce che salato con succo di saporita e fresca arancia. Lo staff (Signora Geogia, Vaso e Andrianna) gentile , premuroso , cordiale ed attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Camere pulite e ordinate tutti i giorni in modo perfetto. Un hotel da consigliare senza esitazione!
