I don't usually write reviews, but the Mercure Hurghada Hotel exceeded our expectations.
First and foremost, I want to thank Mr. Mostapha at the reception for offering us a free room upgrade, which was amazing. We initially had an issue with the upgraded room being connected to another, making it less than ideal for the rest we were seeking. However, Mr. Mostapha swiftly resolved this by providing an even better room with a spectacular view. This guy is truly amazing.Additionally,
I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Larena, who was always there with a big smile, asking if we needed anything. Her attentiveness was much appreciated.
Mr. Mohamed from the housekeeping team is a true artist. He prepared our room meticulously and regularly checked to ensure everything was perfect.
The restaurant staff, chefs, and everyone involved did their utmost to make us comfortable. The food was superb. The animation team was perfect, and the beach was simply amazing.
We loved our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a great hotel. Thank you to everyone at Mercure Hurghada for making our stay unforgettable.

There are alot to do for both adult and kids, huge aqua park, pools, games, kids area, animation.

Literally, from the first minute, everything was perfect. The reception staff are so friendly. The whole property is amazing. The room and cleanliness are ideal. All staff are very professional and friendly. The aqua park is outstanding. Restaurants are overwhelming and thumbs up to the chefs.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. And honestly speaking, I’m willing to repeat my visit very soon.

Had an amazing experience in Jaz hotel Saraya Palms with an outstanding hospitality by almost each of the staff we have interacted with, special recognition goes to Mr. Ahmed Khamis the front desk assistant manager whom had welcomed us at a time of breaking our fast and food buffet was about to close, he respected the fact that we experienced a long day from fasting to driving a long drive from cairo while fasting and allowed us into the dinner buffet before completing our checkin to catch dinner before closure which we heartfully appreciated. Moreover, my wife got sick the 2nd day of our arrival, he arranged for sending food to our room and constantly was checking on us (Really he is the imitation of a true reflection of hospitality & consideration). Special thanks to the chef Mr. Moustafa for his hospitality,kindness and special accomodation of custom prepared healthy food due to sickness ( an amazing person). Lastly but not least, the room cleaning guy Mr. Shabaan whom had a nice smiling & welcoming face of southern egyptians and took good care of our room cleanness. Actually all the personal of travco/jazz group of hotels are very hospital and considering. They made our relaxing break a memorable vacation & experience. Will defiently will be visiting again & again in the future.
