The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with the mattress and premium linens engendering sound nights' sleep. The shower and luxury toiletries made it feel like a stay in a spa. The aesthetics of the hotel were very pleasing, with the colors and décor projecting subtle sophistication and tranquility. The on-site farm-to-table restaurant provided a delicious breakfast in the morning, and was a popular lunch and dinner destination for locals.

The Hotel staff makes a big difference . All of them absolutely know how to welcome and make guests feel comfortable. Excellent experiencia AND a good example in Customer Service. If I caught a couple of negative things that could be improved; all is forbidden just because of the staff interaction. Definitely experience that has been recorded in my mind and I will recommend the hotel as one of the best in Bogota. David receptionist ( glasses) please let him know that he is an asset to that Hotel , same as bar waiter , beautiful smile (baldy) , and one of the waiters, ( beautiful dark skin guy)..he run the extra smile , very welcoming and please let him know that we had an excellent night IN VIVA LA.VIDA . We loved his recommendation.( Only staff well trained can recommend places as good as the place they work for). Your hotel is simply COZY, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY , CLEAN with an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOVE IT

Everyone was very friendly and helpful; front desk, maids, restaurant staff. Our room was very modern and comfortable. The room was small, but not at all cramped . We found the courtyard very relaxing and a good place to read, relax or do computer work. Within walking distance of the hotel we found an excellent laundromat, great barber shop and several stores, big and small, that had all that we needed. There was also a wide variety of casual dining restaurants close by. We ate several meals in the attached Maymar taquarilla which we really enjoyed, as well as a delicious daily breakfast.

I loved everything about Grace Chapinero, and if I hadn't made commitments elsewhere in Colombia I happily would have stayed longer, in part because this hotel is a great value. Every member of the staff with whom I interacted was helpful; the place was spotless without feeling sterile; the decor was funky; the location suited my needs; the bed was huge and comfortable; the breakfast was tasty, and there was always a pot of coffee on in the lobby. The wifi was strong and consistent and allowed me to take video calls with zero connectivity issues. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to explore Bogotá! Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved our stay. Room was spacious and confortable, really nice decorated and very quiet at night. The view was great to understand Bogotá. Main sites such as Museo de oro o Museo Botero y Candelaria are very easy to reach. We actually walked on Sunday morning all the way from the hotel to the museums as the main road (Carrera 7) was closed to traffic and cyclists and runners took over it, best way to start our visit thanks to the location of the hotel. Breakfast was really good and staff very attentive both in the restaurant and reception. A great choice! Gracias!
