Good property at prime location

Property is excellent. Staff are courteous and helpful. Treated with genuine smile and service was fabulous. Had a unplanned family get together around midnight and some late night food was arranged and we had good fun in the lobby. Tried only breakfast and it has a good spread of south, North Indian and decent continental. Excellent gym. Pool is relaxing. Stayed in twin bed room and it’s spacious for a couple and a kid.
The only negative that’s beyond the control of the management is about road construction of some smart initiative which might continue for the next 6 months. However the management has arranged for back side transportation with proper security person. Since the hotel is well protected, we are not hindered by the construction.

I have stayed in multiple hotels in India, but I will say none compare to the standards set by Cordial. Maybe because they are only 3 months old as of April 2024, and the property is still clean and maintained.
The staff are very pleasant and courteous. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and well lit. Lighting throughout the room is excellent. You can actually see the room and bathroom fittings.
Overall great experience, including the restaurant and the food.
Thanks to the staff of cordial sopanam for offering us a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay here. The main attracting feature was the location near the railway station and theatre, the room was neat and clean with well furnished.Staff were very friendly. Overall experience was great which was worth the payment and will surely visiting again.
