The room in the hotel is nicely decorated. It has a balcony and it's cute. However, the bathroom was abit dirty. There were mold and stain in the shower( on the wall and the floor.
There's only one restaurant in the hotel and food was not tasty at all.
The good thing is that we we're allowed to use the Banyan Tree spa and gym cos Angsana's pool was closed. Food in Banyan tree was great and staff was helpful.

Only thing need to mention is its also because of the different rigion I went. The hotels in China are good. However. Last time i went to Charlotte of NC, the car rental company cheated me 500 dollaors of insurance although I told him I had a car insurance already.

This hotel is located on the other end of scenic attraction West Lake in Hangzhou, away from the hustle in downtown area. Interestingly, this is also in a small town, also known as "Quiet Living area" where other B&Bs or minshu are located. But being that, this is not far from the main attractions such as West Lake and is even closer to other attractions such as the zoo, Lingyin temple and Leifeng Pagoda.
The hotel is very obvious along the road with that giant crab as a symbolic recognition.
I like how the hotel rooms are of a good size, with amenities such as spring water for your tea and the usuals. Hotel staffs are also very helpful in guiding for transport or tour in the area. However, not one hotel that has the related facilities such as gym or bar etc.

We truly like our stays at the Nook. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staffs are extremely helpful; they assisted us with a variety of difficulties such as hiring a taxi, payment options, and even ensuring we had enough water to drink when we went out. We will definitely return to Nook if we visit Hangzhou again! Thank you so much ❤️
