Lovely hotel

We stayed here for a week in first week of November. It was a lovely stay - not necessarily just due to the hotel but the weather was great and we had some lovely day trips including excellent hikes in Mt Teide. Hotel Covid Measures were excellent, buffet was quite good and the best of all the pools. Loved the hotel location and the way it is arranged overlooking the sea. We wanted to extend for another week but due to work commitment could not. Areas of improvement would be some of the double rooms ( we looked at 2)- it felt a bit basic for a 5 star hotel. Also we got to know from another couple with two young family that they paid less then us for their suite all inclusive whereas we only had half board. We paid more than £300 pound per night for a pretty basic room.
Excellent with a devastating defect

Anthelia has a commanding location, huge and well kept communal area, excellent dining facilities. The staff is very friendly and responsive.
Two things, though, prevent me from recommending this hotel.
One is ridicules, if irritating: doors to shower and toilet are very badly designed. The shower door lets a lot of water into the main area, even if you try hard to avoid splashes. The door to toilet has a little finger thick gap and lets all sound and some smell to reach the main area. But this is a minor issue.
The major issue is the noise. Practically all partial see view rooms will suffer from street noises. And most disturbing is the shouts of the staff members who maintain that communal areas. At 7am at the morning you will hear distinct voices, like these people are exchanging some important news right next to your balcony. And windows are very far from being soundproof. We were woken up every day at 7am, even on our vacations, when we could sleep a while longer.

We got better than we expected. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the hotel itself is neat. The hotel has many activities: billiards, gym, swimming pool, animator program by the pool.
And we want to say a big thank you to Valentin, who made our vacation wonderful. This man did his best to make every visitor feel welcome

Good value for money stay at a convenient location

All in all, a good place to stay. All the necessary kitchen equipment to cook in the apartment. Beds were quite firm and the apartment runs out of warm water quite quickly (separate boilers in each room apparently), but the supply was replenished quite fast also. Some wrong information on Agoda’s pages. The safety box was not included, they charge some extra for that per day if you want it. Also, cleaning was not every day, our apartment was cleaned once during a 4 night stay. Staff was friendly enough, and helped us get a room when we arrived one day earlier than we had booked. Breakfast was also quite good👍🏻 Would go again.
First time at Beverly Hills

We had the basic studio apartment and were lucky to have a sea view. The studios are large and are well equipped. The pool areas are nice with plenty of sunbeds. One pool is heated (Not a lot) the other isn't. The staff were all good, approachable and pleasant.

Awesome hotel in the south of Tenerife

We stayed for one night and it was really good. The facilities are great, the food is good, rooms are spacious (although noisy if you are in the last floor) and the views are the best. Totally recommended
Great Hotel in Puerto Santiago

We enjoyed our stay. We had a nice room with nice views. We had problems with our hot water on our last day but we were given access to another bathroom to shower. Food can be repetitive but there are plenty of restaurants around the area to eat at.
