I went to Colombia twice and Medellin both times. I also stayed DC Belfort both times. I like the property’s central location between El Centro, Parque Lleras área, and the metro. The habitación was clean, safe, great staff, and facilitating transportation is easy with the doorman. Maybe the biggest fault (not attributed to property) I can find is the location- its located in a residential area. Restaurant food might require walking 10-15 minutes if you want to order food in person.

This place was great - seemed like a meeting place for backpackers. We took a private room, but benefitted from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's pretty quiet too, for a backpacker place.

This must be the hotel with the best location in El Poblado if you want to be right in the heart of it. On the park itself you get great views from the huge rooftop terrace which is also where breakfast is served. The jacuzzi there is never used. The rooms are a bit clinical and could do with a bit more colour. The bathroom absolutely reeks of bleach which didn't go away for three days. Not too noisy at night but quite loud in the evenings. Breakfast is good and varied, served with a smile. The whole place is spotless and service staff really friendly.

Good Hotel, a few details need fixin'

The beautiful minimalistic suite with the comfy bed ends the dream when the black out drapes do not close all the way and you have to maneuver in order to try to close the gaps with your own clothes. Other than that, the air conditioning system is flawless, the water pressure on high. Hot water was out the first day, immediately a letter was delivered under the door with the apologies and hoping for a quick fix.
The hotel is a no frills hotel in the right side of town, where one can walk feeling safe all the time.
The breakfast was wonderful for a Costa Rican, as food is quite similar to our own. Coffee is almost as good ;)
The front desk ladies were wonderful.
All in all, this hotel is a solid four star hotel in a town that isn't focused towards foreign tourism.

The Employees at the Front Desk were terrific! They were bi-lingual and provided excellent information and direction in english. The hotel is near the Santa Fe Mall, restaurants, Super Markets and money exchange locations. I was very impressed with the Breakfast service, and the hotel cleanliness during my 7 night stay. I will stay at this hotel on my next trip.
