結局ですね、日本は制度自体を変えなきゃいけない、時代が先に行ってしまっていて、アジア諸外国でも落ちぶれた存在です。
まず、要らない議員が多すぎて経費が無駄な事は確かです。

そこに新卒は流れても、社会的人材は育たなくなります……

内勤と外仕事、両方をこなす必要がある、居るんだよ外国人労働者では当たり前だ、現場の外国人職人親方等は現場仕事やり送迎事務仕事を1人でやってる、日本人若者が知らないだけです。
知らず知らずにそゆ外国人労働者に甘えヌケサクに育つ……危険です……
今はだいぶ理解は進み、中堅クラスの日本人がフォローしてるが、彼等の活躍は目を見張る物がある、日本人若者はよく見てるといい。
工事現場なんかの前を通るとよく分かるが、職人やガードマンは通行人のスキルをよく見てる。
一般人にはガードするが、俺には頭下げ挨拶する、分かってる事が分かるんだな……(💢=^▽^)🖕
