collection launch, featuring Nick’s first bead designs for
the brand (and he talks a tiny bit about this in the interview that follows! )#)
In closing come a couple of words from Amanda about the today’s
announcements.
Nick’s designs are very different to my own but the
intricate detail and perfection will continue to be reflected in all his pieces.
His first release ‘Ancient Mystics” will be released Friday 6th September, two
weeks after the next Pandora release ‘Birds of a Feather’ which is on Friday
23rd August. After this release we will work together and bring out releases
together with exception sometimes of special pieces.

looking to indulge in Pandora prior to the new collection, my recommended

blog and hopefully these will go a little way to capturing the fantastic
detailing of Pandora.

have obvious appeal to a mass market and
there’s been calls by Pandora collectors for a number of years for specific
breeds of dogs to be represented. The team at Pandora Beads are enormous animal
lovers and they’ve finally decided to tackle this theme. Today sees the launch
of the first five Pandora Beads Dog Series charms, featuring the Yorkshire
Terrier (Yorkie, )#) the Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie, )#) the Pembroke Welsh
Corgi (Corgi, )#) the Cocker Spaniel and the Shih Tzu. I’ve had dogs since i was
tiny and my long suffering fiance frequently refers to our farmhouse as a zoo.
With this in mind, I’m delighted to see someone tackle this concept.
For
newer readers or those unfamiliar with the brand, these charms are compatible
with all major charm and bead brands, including Pandora. For European
collectors, both Pandora and Diamonds4Ever are authorised retailers allowing
shopping without the import duties associated with the USA. There’s usually a
short delay between the US launch and the pandora

This release is the first in the Pandora Breeds Dog Breeds
Series. I admit that while most people have a favourite breed, I do like that
Pandora have opted to split the series into smaller releases. The collection in
it’s entirety could be enormous.
These beads undoubtedly have a cute edge
to them and people will either love that or shun it. I have received the charms
and I do find the breeds recognisable which to me at least demonstrates they’ve
correctly captured many of the defining characteristics of the individual
breeds.
