私は、労働の対価は、苦しみに対して支払われるものであるべきと思っているようだ
労働の対価が、実質的な功績ではなく、物理的または精神的にすべき仕事を行った結果発生する、望まない苦しみに対して支払われる世界であれば、世の中は良くなるのでないか
なぜなら、自分の得のためにずる賢く地位や名誉を得ることはできなくなり、苦しい思いをして不幸になってもすべきことをする志がある者が、利権を得るようになると思うから
I seem to think that the cost for work should be paid for the pain
Wouldn’t the world become better if the cost is paid for the unwanted pain caused by executing physical/mental behaviors that should be done instead of practical deliverables?
Because in this way, people who have the mind to take the pain for the things should be done even if he/she becomes unhappy will have the power instead of people who cunningly win the power for selfish reasons
