To those classmates who want to study science:
Physics, Chemistry and Biology are going to be taught in F.3
If you have passion of involving in science , please do well preparation.
For physics, physics highly concentrate on concepts and mathematics, therefore, please revise : particles theory(very important), state of matter, dissolving, water as solvent, electricity, energy,density, air pressure, thermal expansion and contraction and go through chapter 9 although it isn't taught in F.2.Please also revise measurements and error, accumulation of error, volume and area and the concept of sigma (a new mathematical symbol meaning ''sum of''), changing subject of formula, scientific notation(35000->3.5x10^4).Make use of your summer holiday, read more books about physics , chemistry and biology.
For chemistry, chemistry highly concentrate on experiment and accuracy of the experiment. Therefore, please make sure you learned to use all the apparatus, learn to follow safety precautions and laboratory rules. You should be familiar with periodic table, acid and alkali and you have to classify what mean by a chemical reaction ( a new substance will be formed ) and don't mix it up with the changing of states of matter. Supplementary knowledge is about ion and anion ( these will be taught in F.3 but i suggest you prepare for these ) Please also learn what mean by random error and systematic error, these 2 error are the most important and often seen in experiment, and revise all the experiment you've learned in F.1-F.2 (it's difficult to do so but it's useful for you )
For biology, please revise 7 characteristics of living things, classification of living things, differentiate between respiration and burning, knowing photosynthesis, test for starch , process of breathing. At last, may i remind you science is a subject which emphasize curiosity and critical thinking, therefore, try to find sth that arouse your curiosity and interests. That's all, good luck.

最緊要係有決心, 8爪講過:我覺得2E同學係好叻唔蠢既,
所以肯練數一定讀到!

C. 數學OK對SCI.極有興趣:
請開始準備F.3 課程^^ 照番上文講既提議&多睇D關於SCI.既書, 要英文, 一定要,同埋要改變以前睇書既習慣=要諗多D, 問多D, 挑戰本書, 點解要係咁唔係咁, 愈多問題愈好,例如學到dissoliving既時候就問點解有d物質可以dissolve係某d物質, 但係有d又唔可以, 又例如點解neutralization中salt既命名方法係alkali先acid後?點解0ohm--->0V? 但係一定要自己答番, 唔可以問左就不了了之。同埋多D同自己有相同興趣的同學交流, 曬下命 ,曬下自己學左幾多野, 重點唔係曬命, 係汲取人地學左既野, 人地又學到你學左既野。請各位加油
